Barry Vance is a native West Virginian who received his BFA degree from Pratt Institute and his MFA degree from Brooklyn College, both in New York City. His precision landscapes of West Virginia capture the quirky atmosphere of our state beautifully. Barry also paints some enigma into each work. |
